After several previous questionable encounters with other appliance service companies through the years, Jason decided to create a stronger level of support for residents and opened Local Solutions Appliance Repair.  Yes, we aim to profit to sustain our work but always approach any repair with the humble recognition that we ourselves are also consumers. We share your frustrations with the bigger picture and are committed to working together to find solutions. It is a multifaceted answer but there is definitely truth to the saying "they don't make things like they used to" and we hear it daily. We are firm believers in the right to repair, no matter the industry and look to hold manufacturers to a higher standard.

Jason has an extensive in-home repair work history including backgrounds of electrical, construction, home automation, fire & alarm systems. Each role involved troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, repair, and installations where a methodical process for diagnostics was developed. This procedure is honed and constantly adapted to an ever-changing appliance industry. Never have service manuals been so important in a computer-controlled age where you need to take advantage of appliance diagnostic techniques and eliminate the guess-and-check approach.
