We specialize in repairing a wide range of household appliances, including broken refrigerators, ovens, stoves/ranges, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, cooktops, microwaves and more. Our experienced technicians are equipped to handle various brands and models.
How long does a typical appliance repair take?
The duration of an appliance repair depends on several factors, including the complexity of the issue and the availability of parts, if required. During the initial assessment, our technicians will provide you with an estimated repair time based on their evaluation but we bill using a flat rate system rather than hourly so feel free to strike up a conversation!
Are your technicians certified and experienced?
Yes, our technicians are highly trained, certified, and experienced in appliance repair. They undergo regular training to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and repair techniques. You can trust that your appliances are in capable hands.
Do you offer same-day repair services?
We strive to provide same-day repair services whenever possible. However, availability may vary based on factors such as appointment scheduling, location and the type of repair required. Contact us as early as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What brands of appliances do you service?
Our technicians have experience servicing a wide range of appliance brands, including but not limited to (Authorized Servicer - Fisher & Paykel), (Authorized Servicer - Bosch), (Authorized Servicer - Thermador), Miele, Wolf, Sub-Zero, Cove, Whirlpool, Samsung, Maytag, GE, Frigidaire, Amana, Kitchen Aid, Kenmore, and Inglis. Regardless of the brand, we are dedicated to providing high-quality repairs to restore your appliances to optimal functionality. We do not service LG, Magic Chef, or Danby appliances. Are your appliance repairs covered by warranty?
Yes, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and parts. We offer a warranty on our appliance repairs, which may vary depending on the type of repair and specific terms but is typically three months on parts as that is generally what most manufacturers provide. Our team will provide you with detailed information about the specific warranty coverage during the service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, cheques, transfers and cash. Our technicians will provide you with an itemized invoice, and you can choose the most convenient payment option for you.
What is a service call?
The Service Call is the initial appointment which includes your appliance diagnostic. During the service call, the technician will examine the appliance, accurately diagnose the problem, and provide an estimate for the repair cost if applicable. We use flat rate pricing for standard service calls and part installs to keep things simplified. The flat rate labour pricing applies to standard electric appliances. **Propane, induction cooktops, double wall ovens, microwave-wall oven combo, larger than standard appliances, washer tub removal and stacked front load washers may have different labour rates per complaint. These appliances need additional attention, training, and care. Based on your individual setup you can contact us via phone or email with your model number for pricing with non-standard appliances but will be quoted during your service call regardless thank you.**
Standard Service call diagnostic - $85+tx. Additional appliance on a service call (with advance notice only, per unit) - $75+tx. Standard labour charge is $65+tx if applicable.

What should I do if my appliance is still under manufacturer warranty?
If your appliance is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer or their authorized service centre directly. They will be able to assist you in arranging the necessary repairs as per their warranty terms and conditions.
Do you offer emergency or after-hours appliance repairs?
We understand that appliance issues can arise at any time. While our regular business hours are Monday - Friday, 9 am-5 pm, we currently do not offer emergency and after-hours services for urgent situations. Contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Are your appliance repairs eco-friendly?
Yes, we prioritize eco-friendly practices whenever possible. Our technicians are trained to dispose of old parts and materials responsibly and to recommend energy-efficient solutions when applicable. We strive to reduce our environmental impact while delivering dynamic appliance repair services.
Can I attempt to repair the appliance myself before calling for professional help?
While some minor appliance issues can be resolved through troubleshooting or basic maintenance, we highly recommend consulting with our professional technicians for proper diagnosis and repairs whenever possible. Attempting repairs without the necessary expertise can lead to further damage or safety hazards.

In the rare event that your appliance cannot be repaired, our technicians will provide an honest assessment and recommendation. They may suggest alternative solutions, such as replacement options or refer you to trusted appliance vendors in case a new appliance is needed.
What should I do with my pets for my appliance repair service call?
We are very pet friendly and encourage them not to be barred away as they are never a bother. In over 10+ years of in home service work, Jason has never let a pet out and proudly will keep the streak going!
