Not everyone books while at home so you may not have the model info handy but if you can follow up later we greatly appreciate it. Once you've submitted your booking request, you will receive an automated confirmation email to add to your calendar. On the day of your appointment, within the arrival window, the technician will contact you 30 minutes before arrival. This allows you to carry on with your day and not stress that you will miss your technicians arrival. We never show up unannounced! 

On a side note, we love animals so don't feel compelled to kennel or keep them away!  If you have any specific directions for the arrival please let us know during booking and we will note it on your work order incase of sleeping kids, certain door to enter, parking permits, difficult addresses to locate etc. 

Upon arrival we will discuss the complaints you have and gather any relevant history with the machine. We will continue to inspect the appliance, run diagnostic tests, and use our expertise to determine the root cause of the problem.
