Position: Service Coordinator/Receptionist (Work from Home)
Location: Remote (Candidates within the Metro preferred)
Job Type: Flexible
Wage: $25-30/HR
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Efficiently manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, addressing them promptly.
Coordinate and schedule repair appointments, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and technician availability.
Utilize computer software to maintain and update client records, schedules, and other pertinent information.
Promptly gather accurate information from clients regarding their appliance issues to ensure effective service delivery.
Multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain client confidentiality.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
Manage and process invoices for B2B clients, ensuring accurate billing and timely submission.
Issue receipts to clients upon completion of services, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and CRM style software.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to think quickly, make decisive judgments, and handle challenging situations with poise.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Trustworthy and reliable, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with invoicing and billing software.
Basic understanding of financial principles related to invoicing, billing, and receipt management.
Experience in handling B2B invoicing is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
